"To me, photography is an art of observation. It's about finding something interesting in an ordinary place... I've found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.”

Barn Charm over the fence...
More rural Brisbane barns discovered after my most recent nerve conduction studies
Some great barn finds - I like the first one, the angle of the stilts (don't know if that's what they're called) makes it look like it's walking away! I really enjoy looking at your barn photos, I imagine you must be noticing them more in your travels. Hope the medical testing is going as well as can be expected.
Great photos, Liz. I really love the way you take the ordinary and see the extraordinary, the quaintness, the photogenic side of it. Your creativity continues to grow and grow. Xoxo
Love the graffiti! Not many people would I guess but it is so different. This one is tasteful. Like bringing the Big City to the country. :) Great find Liz!
I have just been told about your site & love the pics! Most I recognised as I have been photographing them for over 15 years! these sheds/barns have now been destroyed to make way for a new development, always sad to see this part of Australiana go.You have made me think about my own blog site showing my sunrises & sunsets over 15 years but which came to an abrupt halt due to a red light runner! Good luck & keep up the great work. Sandy. www.sunrisestosunsets.com.au
Two great old barns with rusted roofs. One even has graffiti. I like that there are horses there too. Great photos!
