South East Queensland Coastal Journey: Greenmount & Coolangatta Beaches

Continuing on from my "South East Queensland Coastal Journey" series from earlier in the year.
The next beaches are Greenmount Beach and Coolangatta Beach, another two of my favourite beaches on the Gold Coast.

Although the beaches all along the Gold Coast can become crowded in Summer, the more southern beaches tend to be less crowded than the northern Gold Coast beaches.

Surf Lifesaving flags near the breakwall that separates Coolangatta Beach from Kirra Beach to the north.

Greenmount Beach is on the southern end of Coolangatta Beach.

    Love these, Liz. Coolangatta was 'my' beach when I was a teenager. I can still close my eyes and go there in a flash.

    So beautiful. I love the ocean though I seldome get to visit. This one looks wonderful and that last shot of the surfer is really neat.

    I love going to the beaches especially after a hard day’s work at the self storage. A few colleagues and I will unwind while admiring the breath-taking sceneries and cool breeze together amidst continuous laughter.
