World Bird Wednesday: Welcome Swallow

These little birds don't like humans much, so I was pretty happy with these shots taken at my new neighbourhood parklands... not even a 1km walk from home.

The next few images were taken at Redcliffe beach during sunset. They aren't too great as far as clarity, light, etc but I had to include them... I can almost imagine a dialogue between these swallows...

  14. I love your Welcome Swallows Liz! What a great name for a swallow. They remind me of our Barn Swallow but I love all swallows and could watch them fly all day long. You got some really great shots of these beauties!
