Weekend Reflections: Seagulls

These shots were captured the same morning I photographed the sunrise. There is such beautiful light in the morning. These seagulls were frollicking in the incoming tide... along with a group of Caspian Terns (which I will share during the week for World Bird Wednesday).

I love the one with the gull flying. And the second one with a bird lifting its foot.

Liz, your bird photos are outstanding. I love these...my favorite is the second one where he's dipping his foot.

Lovely light on these common but beautiful birds! Sorry I been so quiet these last couple weeks, I’ve been really ill (now finally diagnosed with Whooping Cough even though I was immunized) and have had another very rough week.

I love these. I do so miss sitting on the beach. I can almost hear the cries of the gulls ;)
