The Colour Purple
This is my first time linking up with "Shades of Autumn Photo Challenge". It's Spring over here in Australia BUT there are plenty of beautiful shades of purple in bloom in the numerous places I frequent. Here are some of my favourites from the last week...

I suppose that the purple theme was a little easier for some of you who aren't experiencing Autumn right now! The depth of field in the first a second photos is so lovely and you found so many different shades of purple!
Thanks for taking part in the Shades of Autumn Photo Challenge!

Thanks so much for sharing your piece of the world with us over here in Autumnland. lol. Your photos are exquisite. And so inspiring!
These are so pretty! Love the first one.
purple is one of my most favourite colours; it always seems to pack-a-punch :) I have the first two growing here; the African daisy and the linarias. Love the linarias ...
Love the rose, quite an unusual colour. The jacaranda looks lovely against the green leaves too.
Beautiful photos, Liz! I really like the first one! It'll be a while before we see flowers like that again.
Gorgeous colors in these macros - I especially like the DoF and perspective in the first 2 images.
Gorgeous captures, such lovely flowers and colors.
Your photos are so beautiful with the sun shining on them. We are into Autumn here in the UK.
