My husband and I took 2 day trips to the Scenic Rim this weekend. The first was a short trip with Lake Moogerah as our destination to photograph the sunset over the lake. On the way, along the Cunninghan Highway, we were treated to a whole lot of Barn Charm (which meant numerous stops).
Here is the first of our great barn finds...
I'm glad we discovered this barn before Spring & Summer arrive, as once the trees are covered in leaves, the barn isn't nearly as visible from any direction!!

I love the close up with the open side and the rusty roof!
I love barns. Such a beautiful area, too!

Wonderful barn and rural photos ~ (A Creative Harbor)
Beautiful :)
Excellent shots - and watched over by hawks in those big, messy nests above.
They must have wanted this barn to be well shaded!
Oh, how I could just settle into these photos! It's so much fun! Liz, can you email me at lcrissmays@seebeautiful.com - I've got a happy question for you. :)
Happy seeing beautiful!
Would be nice to see a couple of horses running about the place -- lovely shots Liz.
Just a quick note to let you know that starting tomorrow, I will begin hosting a new photo meme on my blog. Please come join me at "Orange You Glad It's Friday", and post a photo displaying a little or a lot of orange, my favorite color! Hope to see you there!
If you like barns Liz then you'd fall in love with all the barns we have in my parts! Great shots!
You have a great eye; God given talent. Visiting via Rural Thursday Blog Hop.
