It's been another rough week and I actually didn't think I would make my quota of Project 366 Rewind this time. But I managed... just. I didn't even know what the theme was but I certainly haven't followed it this week - so I am glad it's only optional.
Here are my images for the last week. I majored on landscapes this time around.
Day 43 - Water Lily at Brisbane Botanic Gardens at Mt Coot-tha. Even inside the Tropical Display Dome, the reflections were brilliant.
Day 44 - Before the storm at Wellington Point
Day 45 - "Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer's day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time." ~ J. Lubbock
Day 46 - Rays from Heaven
Day 47 - Sunset over Lake Wivenhoe.
I almost went home before this (due to that big dark cloud) but turned around just as I was getting into the car and saw the colour developing... not the best sunset I have witnessed but the colours and reflections were worth capturing.
Day 48 - Friday afternoon view of Brisbane city. Taken from Kangaroo Point Cliffs.
Day 49 - "Earth laughs in flowers." ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
I am looking forward to seeing what everyone else has captured over the last week.
