More Scenic Rim adventures

On our drive out into the Scenic Rim a few weeks ago, I stopped to take some barn shots with the surrounding mountains. I also discovered this old farm house. I just had to get a closer look... Thank goodness for the "stalker lens"!!

I wonder what stories this old house would have to tell??

ja daar straalt niet altijd voorspoed vanaf, onder die golfplaten moet het af en toe wel bloedheet geweest zijn.

That old place does look very interesting. When I see deserted old homesteads, I always think of snakes . . . other than that, I would be a free spirited explorer.
I have a huge fear of snakes, and it doesn't matter what kind they are.
Gorgeous photography, thanks for sharing. Connie :)

I am sure it is difficult to find out stories like that.

I can imagine a lot of love, life and probably some sorrows, if those walls could talk...

Looks like it housed some type of animal -- would love to know the history.

Great shots, Liz. Thanks for sharing at RT this week. xo

I just love old "broken" houses, and I wonder the same about them as you. This one is fantastic.
