Wonderful pictures, serenity indeed.
Just beautiful
So beautiful! The pelican looks enormous in contrast to the other waterfowl but right at home on this lovely lake. The sunset photos are stunning!
This looks like such a wonderful place to just "be," Liz. I hope you're having a wonderful weekend.
Gorgeous photos!
WOW!!! Beautiful...
"Commune with nature" - absolutely - looks like the perfect place to do just that. Love seeing these scenes through your eyes.
So pretty! I love the colors and lighting. Beautiful photos.
Fantastic pics, Liz <3
Couldn't find a 'cuckoo' post but I also couldn't pass this one by. I rated this location as my number one wildlife spot last year, thanks mostly to the amazing bird life there. Peregrine Falcons, Speckled Warblers and Great Crested Grebes are some of my sightings there. The latter species is in your first photo and I think it's the number one place is South-east QLD to see this bird. Lovely photos, all around! :)
