I've had 2 visits to my Cardiologist in the last 2 weeks, which have resulted in 2 additional medications to settle my very sensitive heart. I have also had 2 appointments with my specialist, who is treating my damaged nerves, injecting a new solution which will hopefully mean the visits can be stretched out to once every 2 weeks instead of weekly. I was a little "under the weather" last week, had a day in bed and a few days just resting.
Here are my shots for the last 2 weeks...
Day 113 (April 22) - Along the Boardwalk
Day 115 (April 24) - Sky lines
Day 116 (April 25) - Minnippi Parklands are my favourite place to walk in the afternoon... only a short 500m walk from my house. Great reflections on the lake, ducks, birds and the perfect place to capture stunning sunsets.
Day 117 (April 26) - Eastern Great Egret
Day 118 (April 27) - Another afternoon walk at Minnippi Parklands
Day 119 (April 28) - Still reflection... Pacific Black Duck
Day 120 (April 29) - Magpie-lark (Pee wee)
Day 121 (April 30)- My Birthday. Michael bought me some pretty pink tulips
Day 122 (May 1) - Red berries
Day 123 (May 2) - Looking up
Day 124 (May 3) - Rainbow Lorikeet feeding on the Grevillea in our backyard.
Day 125 (May 4) - Back again... Another Rainbow Lorikeet in the Grevillea in our back yard (I was stuck at home again)
Day 126 (Saturday May 5, 2012) - Sunset & the rising of the "Super Moon".

What a fun bridge for that first shot, love it! Those birds are pretty awesome as well!
Sending healthy heart vibes your way!! These photos are absolutely breathtaking! Love every single one of them!!
A lovely collection of photos Liz. Your capture of the ibis is great. The lorikeets are amazing (and noisy) birds to watch. The Minnippi Parklands look to be a delightful place for a relaxing camera walk.
Just gorgeous, and I'm so jealous that you have Lorikeet's in your back yard! Hope your feeling better soon!
Love the two of the Minnippi Parklands. Even stuck at home and not feeling the best you can still work mahic with that camera. Hope your health problems are getting sorted.
absolutely exquisite shots, liz!
i love every single one.
thank you for brightening my day.
i hope you get better really soon.
hugs!
They are all so beautiful I don't know where to start. The one that really caught my eye actually is the sky lines. Just a very neat concept. But truly ALL ARE BEAUTIFUL!
Such amazing nature shots. I enjoyed them all.
Beautiful as always! I also like the sky lines - well named:) And the moon shot is great.
I have a blogger friend who is suffering like you. must be so painful, I have a sore neck and back, but is nothing compared to you. Been to the Goldcoast a lot, and remember the Ibis.
All I can say is WOW on your pictures. They are all beautiful! I really hope you are feeling better, and that the doctors can help you! Poor thing!
Lovely collection of photos!
